Congratulations! Some of our dressage and event clients recieved annual awards
from SCDCTA for their outstanding performances during the 2012 competition year!

Equinox Equine Massage Therapy2012 was a very good year for Equinox clients who are members of the SC Dressage & Combined Training Assn.; several won year-end awards from the GMO for their efforts during last year’s competition season. Congratulations (alphabetical by rider last name) goes out to:Sponsored trainer Trisha Dingle and Ima Bustin Loose (better known as “Fancy”) earned a fourth-place ribbon for their performance at recognized shows at Third Level (open division). I am looking forward to seeing how Fancy develops at this new  level and beyond!Trisha and GR Maatin came in third-place ribbon for recognized shows at Training Level (open division) and were champion at Training Level in schooling shows (pro division). A great start to a this young stallion’s performance career! (Maatin also has a FB page; check it out here.)Also at schooling shows, Trisha Dingle and Vertigo (“Bates”) were champion at First Level (pro division).And Trisha earned her SCDCTA Bronze Medal, given to recognize achievement by members at Introductory and Training Level.

Lacy Halstead and Valrhona came in third for their great work at Third Level at recognized shows (open division).

Vicky Pasteris and the lovely Flurry RH concluded their inaugural year of dressage competition by earning a sixth-place ribbon for their work at Training Level at schooling shows (AA division). Way to tackle a new discipline, Vicky and Flurry!

Vicky also earned her SCDCTA Bronze Medal, and Flurry earned an SCDCTA Performance Certificate for Training Level. The performance certificate is given to recognize individual SCDCTA-registered horses’ achievement at each level of dressage.

Morgan Sims and Concrete Blonde (“Molly”) capped their first year trying their hand (hoof?) at some combined tests by coming in fourth at Amoeba Level (schooling shows, adult division).

Brianna Timmerman and A Splash of Henry earned a sixth-place ribbon at Novice Level (USEA shows, adult  division).
